Limitless Finance is an independent mortgage broker specialising in assisting clients with complex income structures, such as Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and bonuses.

THE OBJECTIVES

Stabilise and reduce the rising cost per lead (CPL) in paid social campaigns, which had been increasing over the prior 12 months.

Expand the audience reach beyond a narrow selection of target companies to cast a wider net and improve scalability.

Improve overall lead quality and ensure more mortgages progressed to completion.

THE APPROACH

Created a wide variety of new campaign tests using static images, EGC videos, and animations to identify the best-performing combinations.

Optimised all lead forms by implementing best practices such as clear CTAs and seamless next steps, integrating direct call and callback booking options.

Expanded into new channels, including Meta, Google & Linkedin, and developed a completely custom funnel to reach different niches within the mortgage space and diversify traffic sources.

Implemented deeper funnel KPI tracking across each step of the sales process (meeting, agreement in principle, mortgage go-live) and built custom reporting to track performance across campaigns, channels, and testing variants.
