GetGround is a property investment platform allowing 20,000+ customers to find, finance, and manage their property investments, all in one place.

THE OBJECTIVES

Deliver multi 4-figure lead volumes each month with an effective blend of cheaper cost leads (to build up the remarketing database) and more expensive higher-intent leads who are ready to buy.

Optimise campaigns towards deeper funnel KPIs such as sales consults, sales & return on ad spend (ROAS).

THE APPROACH

We set up a number of different new multi-channel user journeys across 5 different countries to A/B test and establish the winning combinations of hooks, creative & messaging driving users to convert to consults & sales.

We connected datasets from the ad platforms to the client CRM, creating a custom reporting dashboard suite that gave us an holistic view of performance per campaign against all deeper funnel KPIs, allowing for granular optimisation.

We set up engaging post-lead nurture and remarketing flows across email, SMS & Meta retargeting to stay front of mind, build trust and credibility, and maximise conversion rates through the funnel, ultimately increasing the percentage of leads converting to sale.

THE RESULTS

In the first 6 months of the campaign, compared year on year, we saw strong improvements across all key metrics with the same ad spend:
